As the Lounge Attendant, you will play a crucial role at the lounge by demonstrating to our customers the 3 key brand values of 'Thoughtful', 'Progressive' & 'Can-do Spirit', making all the moments of truth memorable by understanding the voice of our customers and ensuring a top-notch lounge experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Item 1 of 6, Deliver excellent service to customers with warmth and professionalism and in accordance with company and legal standards relating to service, food safety, health and safetyDeliver excellent service to customers with warmth and professionalism and in accordance with company and legal standards relating to service, food safety, health and safety

• Item 4 of 6, Interact with customers, understand their needs and requirements, and ensure high customer satisfaction during their stay
• Item 5 of 6, Maintain lounge cleanliness & uphold stock levels
• Item 6 of 6, Support Supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and assist the rest of the lounge team if required

Requirements

• Item 3 of 10, High school graduate or aboveHigh school graduate or above
