About the Job

The Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a trusted executive advisor and a strategic catalyst for the business. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering & Advisory

  • Executive Partnership: Act as the primary strategic partner and trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives directly with the organization's commercial goals and long-term vision.
  • Organizational Design: Leverage strong business acumen to diagnose organizational challenges, anticipate future workforce needs, and deliver tailored HR solutions that drive structural efficiency and business transformation.
  • Change Management: Champion and guide the business through complex organizational changes, challenging constraints constructively to drive sustainable progress.

Talent Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness

  • High-Performance Culture: Transform annual HR processes (e.g., performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews) into strategic levers that foster a high-performance and high-accountability culture.
  • Workforce Planning: Partner with business leaders on strategic workforce planning, succession management, and capability building to ensure a robust, future-ready talent pipeline.
  • Data-Driven Consulting: Utilize workforce metrics and advanced analytics to identify talent trends, anticipate risks, and recommend actionable solutions to senior leadership.

Culture & Employee Experience

  • Experience Architecture: Design and champion an impactful, end-to-end employee experience journey-reimagining everything from strategic onboarding to alumni relations-to maximize engagement and retention.
  • Inclusive Leadership: Build, promote, and embed an inspiring, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the organization's core values and strengthens its employer brand in the market.

HR Innovation & Operational Excellence

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate seamlessly with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and the broader HR function to design, pilot, and scale innovative, best-in-class HR strategies.
  • Policy Governance & Optimization: Provide strategic guidance on the creation and evolution of HR processes. Identify and drive industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement and operational agility across the HR ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR and business partnering experience in sizable, complex organizations.
  • HR generalist experience from multinational retail company.
  • Advanced interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to constructively challenge stakeholders and influence executive decision-making.
