We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Investment Operations (Internal Job Title: Ops Sup Analyst 1 - C09) based in Hong Kong. In this role, you're expected to

• Maintain New product setup, static data maintenance for Wealth Asia North Investment / Insurance business

• Contribute to daily operations on Investment / Insurance processing, initial & recurring settlement instructions, corporate actions, IPO for stock / bonds, holdings asset movements, premium billing, premium manual debits, refunds, payment to Counterparties.

• Accounts balance & holdings reconciliations, accruals, booking revenues, management reporting.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders including product, sales, operations & technology, risk & control and external stakeholders for the wealth products.

• Apply appropriate controls and seek delegation approvals for financial entries and movements.

• Contribute and maintain project plans and act as the project manager for all follow ups across various departments and Work on multiple projects for system enhancement
