Officer, Fulfillment & Operation Support

Job Purpose: Provide full spectrum of operation support to both Telemarketing Team in Personal Loan and Card Loan of Dah Sing Bank. Main Responsibilities: Deliver quality customer service, handle loan confirmation and disbursement accurately Conduct customer survey for sales service monitoring Perform operational duties Comply with internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements when delivering job duties Required to perform shift duty subject to business needs Assist the Assistant Manager to oversee the team performance Incumbent Requirements: Secondary education 2 years' relevant experience preferably in unsecured loan business Good knowledge of loan products Good communication skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Candidate with less experience will be considered as (Senior) Assistant, Fulfillment & Operation Support.
