What we're looking for
- HKCEE / DSE or above in any disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in retails sales, customer service, or insurance industry, with at least 1 year in Employee Benefits preferred
- Shift duty is required (No overnight shift)

The role
- Handle inbound and written inquiries from customers such as policy application status, product information, claims issues, etc
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely and professional service to customers
- Handle and resolve the problem cases independently
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned
