Account Executive

Your new role

• Prepare and follow up on CPE tenders and School Wi-Fi related documents including tender template, quotation. Tender documents copying, scanning and binding. Arrange courier to deliver the tender to school and manage the delivery time.
• Communicate with school on process renewal applications for fixed line / fax Line / hunting line etc. and include digital phone and teacher phone apps.
• Prepare and follow up on application forms / quotations / handover form for school network services / CPE service / school Wi-Fi services. (Winback / Renewal / Waiving) and order submission.
• Support ad hoc project as assigned.

To succeed in this role

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder or equivalent, with minimum 2 years working experience in related field
• Good management skill and sound administrative ability
• Good communication and interpersonal skill with a strong desire in delivering excellent customer services and achieving service targets
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English, proficient in Putonghua is an advantage
