Front Office C# Developer Equity & Structured Products

Our client is a leading global investment bank with a strong presence in structured products and equity markets. The Hong Kong team collaborates closely with global counterparts, offering developers an exceptional opportunity to work in a highly international finance environment.

Role Overview:
You will join a global development, working from the Hong Kong office to implement and enhance Equity Markets applications specifically focused on Structured Products pricing and workflow automation. These systems are used by trading desks worldwide, giving you exposure to fast-paced, front-office environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Redesign a structured product pricing application to support higher trading volumes.

• Develop new structured products requested by sales based on term sheets.

• Model complex financial products in collaboration with quants and traders.

• Modularize applications to make them more scalable and API-driven.

• Integrate data flows and operations into a Front-to-Back system.

• Optimize application performance (algorithms, computation time).

• Collaborate with quant and architecture teams to ensure robustness and scalability.
• Maintain technical documentation and stay updated on innovations in structured products and pricing tools.
• Contribute to the full delivery cycle Agile iterations, development, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of Equity risk and structured products.

• Knowledge of pricing techniques such as Monte Carlo methods and Black-Scholes formulas.

• Proficiency in.NET, C#, REST APIs, and Web Services.

• Strong command of SQL and relational databases.

• Expertise in software architecture and code optimization (multithreading, scalability, memory management).

• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

• Rigorous, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with pre-trade systems and product lifecycle management in Front-to-Back setups.

• Understanding of financial markets and position management practices.

• Familiarity with DataSynapse or ArmoniK (Grid Computing).
