Senior Front Office Developer (Crypto, HFT, Prop Trading)

As a Senior Developer, you will:

• Maintain and enhance peripheral applications and user interfaces using Rust and.NET technologies, ensuring smooth 24/7 operations.
• Work with an international team in an agile, fast-paced, and autonomous environment.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to explore new technologies and implement industry best practices to expand system capabilities.
• Provide production support, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

Required Skillset

• 6-8 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in a Linux environment.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong coding skills in Rust or C#, or any other object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java).
• A genuine interest in financial markets and blockchain technologies.
• A strong sense of ownership over deliverables, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• The ability to analyze and solve complex problems with elegant solutions.
• Experience with multithreading, web protocols (e.g., WebSocket, RESTful APIs), or high-throughput/low-latency system design (a plus).
• A track record of mentoring and guiding junior team members.
