Tech Risk Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

• Build strong relationship with other teams in technology, business and various corporate functions including second line Risk team to drive improvement on technology risk, governance processes and remediation programs
• Regulating group and business entity levels technology risks policies and standards
• Identify and manage cybersecurity, privacy, third-party, and reputational risks
• Advice on regulations, technology related policies and best practices
• Manage/supervise other tech risk team members

Qualifications/Skills

• Experience in technology risk management or other relevant roles in financial institutions
• Experience in risk assessment methodologies, internal controls, and industry technology risk management frameworks such as ITIL and ISO 27001
• Knowledge of regulatory landscape and technology related regulations in HK/SG/JP and other Asia markets
• CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC would be a plus
• Cryptocurrency and blockchain background is a plus
• Good communication skills, and proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
