The Role

• Inspire our customers by being their passionate fashion and lifestyle expert, dedicated to delivering an exceptional end to end styling experience.

• Act as Lane Crawford Ambassador, using your clienteling skills to provide a personalised customer experience and build strong long term relationships.

• Proactively engage with customers to identify their unique needs, using your knowledge in styling and selling to provide them with personalised, cross business unit solutions.

• Actively manage your portfolio of customers and continue to grow your customer base and generate referrals.

• Manage your sales and customer database to meet/exceed your individual and team sales targets and KPI's.

• Proactively capture and provide feedback on products and / or services received from the customers.
