The project

A large scale public infrastructure enhancement programme involving complex civil, structural and MEP works across multiple interconnected sites. The project encompassed significant station area upgrades, tunnel interface works, systems integration, and critical asset renewal to improve network capacity, safety performance and long term operational resilience within one of Hong Kong's most heavily used transport corridors.

You'll be responsible for

• Define and drive the digital and AI strategy, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data analytics to improve project performance, decision-making, and risk management.
• Establish digital governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with organisational standards, cybersecurity requirements, and data policies.
• Lead the adoption of digital tools and solutions across programme teams, driving user engagement and change management initiatives.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions that provide actionable insights into programme delivery, cost, schedule, and risk performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create a connected digital ecosystem integrating PMIS, BIM, GIS, AI, and other enterprise platforms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices, recommending innovative solutions to enhance programme delivery outcomes.
• Provide strategic leadership on data management, ensuring consistent data quality, reporting standards, and governance across projects.
• Champion a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement across the programme and wider organisation.
• Support the development of digital capability within project teams through coaching, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

You'll need to have

• Extensive experience leading AI, digital transformation, and technology-enabled change programmes.
• PMO experience is highly advantageous; alternatively, experience delivering digital initiatives on large-scale infrastructure projects in Hong Kong will also be considered.
• Practical knowledge of AI, BIM, GIS, and data-driven project delivery solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate, to develop business applications, automate workflows, and enhance project delivery, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive digital adoption across complex organisations.
• Delivers end-to-end solutions independently; may lead and assure quality of team outputs.
• Strong application lifecycle, DevOps, and secure development practices expertise.
• Proven technical experience with modern stacks; continuous learning and certification.
• Effective communicator; translates requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions.
