The role

What you'll do

Ensure efficient delivery of Contracting services to agency.
Assist in planning and maintaining operational procedures of Group-Life-Health, Agent Bonus Plan and MPF registration.
Implement appropriate controls and procedures to monitor and ensure that our individual licensees comply with applicable CPD requirements.
Handle due diligence on the onboarding of new agent applicants
Participate in Contracting & Benefits team projects
Oversee and lead the works of the operation staff
Prepare periodic or ad hoc reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
Handle general correspondence and agent enquiries

Required Qualifications

Degree holder with major in business or other related disciplines
Minimum 6 years' work experience in life insurance industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Organized and attentive to details
Independent with high flexibility
Able to work independently and under pressure
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
PC literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
