The role

For talents who aim to build functional expertise and develop a career in a dynamic business environment. The program lasts for 12 months with rotations within one department, but working closely with other departments on project and assignments.

Fast track learning and career development opportunities will be provided, there are 3 core elements in the Trainee journey:

  1. Education - learning through structured training courses and programs
  2. Exposure - learning through other people
  3. Contribution - learning through real business projects

(There will be adjustment in terms of learning focus / training curriculum of above 3 core elements depend on specific functions / expertise you attached to.)

Job Requirement

  • Keen to develop a career in the F&B industry
  • Tertiary education with maximum of 2 years full time working experiences
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese and English
  • Assertive and Energetic, and a good team player who is result-orientated and fast learner
