Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

Overview

This role plays a key part in enhancing business performance through market research, data analytics, management reporting, AI-enabled process improvement and sales planning support. The role provides actionable insights to management and supports residential property sales strategies, project launches and ongoing business operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property market research covering macroeconomic indicators, policy developments, market performance and transaction trends.
• Maintain market intelligence databases and analyze market, sales, customer and operational data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare market intelligence reports, dashboards, management presentations and ad hoc analyses.
• Translate complex data and research findings into clear business insights to support management decision-making.
• Drive the adoption of AI, automation and digital solutions to enhance research, reporting and operational efficiency.
• Support the formulation and execution of residential sales strategies, project launch plans, sales programmes, pricing support materials and business proposals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and update sales-related documentation and materials in accordance with statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into practical business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools would be advantageous.
• Experience with AI tools, workflow automation and data-driven process improvement is highly preferred.
• Relevant experience in property market research, residential sales or project launches would be an advantage.
