• Work closely with business development teams to perform frequency assignments for immediate business, and plans for satellite orbital slots and frequency spectrums expansion in the future.
• Develops and maintains customer frequency assignment databases.
• Resolves adjacent satellite interference with other satellite operators.
• Participates in frequency coordination negotiations with other satellite operators, local government and other countries telecom administrations.
• Monitor ITU submissions to ensure timely interventions to those submissions may interfere with AsiaSat's own assignments and network filings.
• Ensures coordination limits are not exceeded by AsiaSat users.

• Degree in engineering, science or technology related discipline.
• Good communication skill in both English and Chinese.
• Overseas travelling is required.
• Fresh graduates will be considered as Trainee Engineer, Spectrum Management.
