Reports to: IT Practice Lead

Join the IT Practice team within Information Technology Department (IMT) and help drive the adoption, consistency, and continuous improvement of Agile practices across the organisation.

As the IT Practice Analyst - Agile, you will support the development of Agile ways of working by coordinating practice initiatives, capability uplift activities, governance processes, and community engagement across Cathay Agile Teams.

You will gain exposure to enterprise-scale Agile transformation initiatives, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, and strengthen your expertise in Agile delivery, practice management, governance, and change adoption.
