Solution Analyst – People

Role Introduction

Reports to: Senior Solution Lead

Join our Information Technology Department (IMT) and play a key role in delivering quality and working software applications that support business transformation and operational excellence.

Working with business stakeholders, technology teams and solution vendors, you will help shape and implement enterprise applications that drive meaningful outcomes across the People Department.

As a Solution Analyst, you will bridge business needs and technology solutions by translating requirements into scalable, high-quality applications and services. You will contribute throughout the solution delivery lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through to implementation, testing and ongoing enhancement.

This role offers the opportunity to build expertise across business analysis, solution delivery, integrations and emerging technologies. You will gain exposure to AI-enabled applications, enterprise architecture, SaaS platforms and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Item 1 of 12, Degree qualification or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related disciplineDegree qualification or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline
• Item 2 of 12, Minimum 6 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in application development and supportMinimum 6 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in application development and support
