Senior AI Specialist [Ref: AI-CW-2026]

Responsibilities:

-Implement cutting-edge science and AI solutions from workforce data using deep/ machine/ neural network algorithms or approaches to generate new ideas and propose new research efforts
-Drive strategy, oversee advanced research, and transform into actionable AI technologies that powers innovation across our organization
-Lead the team to deliver cutting-edge AI technologies
-Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation
-Work closely with product and engineering teams to drive the implementation and large-scale application of core algorithms
-Mentor junior AI professional and contribute to knowledge transfer

Requirements:

-Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines
-Possess the ability to analyse complex data, identify core issues and investigate, evaluate and reach appropriate conclusions to optimise the business
-Good understanding of the principles and practices of machine/ deep learning/ neural network algorithms
-Work between management and other relevant departments to perform detailed analysis using AI tools to optimize the business operations
