Senior/ Principal Research Engineer [Ref: PRE-CW-2026]

Responsibilities:

-Lead and conduct research in advanced communication systems
-Design and validate system architectures through link-level and system-level simulations
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research outcomes into pre-development projects and product prototypes
-Publish patents, and technical reports to strengthen the company's influence
-Build partnerships with research institutes and the industry to accelerate joint innovation

Requirements:

-Master's or PhD in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
-Demonstrated achievements in research, patents, or technology commercialization
-Track record of publishing in top-tier journals, patents or presenting at leading conferences
-Ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into practical solutions
-Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of working with senior executives and international clients
-Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks for communication technologies
