• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Digital Products, or related areas.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and pain points.

• Translate requirements into clear user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.

• Participate in feature planning, roadmap discussions, and product discovery activities.

• Research market trends, competitor offerings, and user insights to identify new opportunities.

• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers.

• Support sprint planning, release planning, and product launch activities.

• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Develop test scenarios and validate solutions against business requirements.

• Track issues and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Help ensure every feature delivers a seamless user experience before launch.

• Support product launches with feature briefings, training materials, and communications.
