The role

Responsibilities:
  • Explore, pilot, and support new AI and automation tools to identify business value opportunities.
  • Support AI governance, security, and responsible AI adoption initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows and integration solutions using no-code and low-code platforms.
  • Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or application support.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-powered automation frameworks, workflow platforms, and scripting tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
