The role

We are seeking to recruit dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join our commercial team for our construction projects in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for reviewing documentations and identify value variations, subcontract payments, cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement, and collation of records.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying;
  • 1-2 years' relevant experience with experience working in contractors;
  • Strong commercial and contractual acumen;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Good command of written and spoken English is essential.
