Asset Management Officer

• Assist in overseeing a portfolio of retail properties to maximize financial performance
• Monitor the leasing portfolio and review asset positioning to maximize operational efficiency
• Prepare periodic business plans, asset management reports to management for review
• Conduct financial model analysis for leasing portfolio including budget consolidation
• Analyze and prepare presentations based on financial information, industry data, economic statistics and research

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Surveying or related disciplines
• 1 - 2 years' commercial real estate analysis / asset management experience with an emphasis on retail properties, preferably gained from real estate industry
• Proficiency in consolidating accounts and well-versed in using Excel for financial modeling
• Self-motivated, independent and good analytical skills
• Strong interdepartmental communication and presentation skills to achieve financial KPIs
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Fresh graduate with intern experience will also be considered
