Assistant Manager / Senior Officer (Marketing)

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with agencies, consultants & internal departments to develop marketing materials for property sales campaigns
• Manage the production of marketing collateral including videos, print ads, brochure and website etc., to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency
• Liaise with cross-functional teams on providing support to sales launches, marketing & promotional activities for residential property projects
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance & relevant regulatory requirements
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in property marketing, advertising agency or real estate related industry
• Experience in managing agencies, consultants and cross-functional co-ordination
• Familiar with the marketing and regulatory compliance requirements of first-hand property sales
• Strong project co-ordination and communication skills
• Detail-minded with the ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines
• Familiar with marketing production processes and timelines
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Officer (Marketing)
