Corporate - M&A Senior Associate

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and judgment skills

• 5+ years of post-qualification legal experience
• Qualified in Hong Kong or another common law jurisdiction
• Strong fluency in English

• Bring a strong understanding of accounting, business, financial and commercial issues
• Have prior business experience

Working alongside specialists from across the firm, you will help clients navigate both transactional and contentious matters requiring commercial judgment, strategic thinking and practical problem solving.
