Requirements
Education & certifications
You will have:
- 2-4 years PQE, with relevant construction / commercial litigation and arbitration experience preferably gained in international law firm;
- Strong technical excellence and experience in leading and managing a diverse portfolio of contentious matters;
- fluency in English (verbal and written) with proficiency in spoken Mandarin / Cantonese and written Chinese;
- the ability to act proactively and provide robust, strategic legal advice to clients to ensure that their needs and objectives in contentious matters are met efficiently and professionally

The role
Our team handles disputes and advisory work in relation to construction and infrastructure projects, commercial matters, banking and finance, insolvency, competition and employment. Our clients include major contractors, developers, infrastructure owners, public bodies, leading banks and financial institutions, listed companies and private enterprises. We handle mediation, arbitration, litigation and other forms of ADR.
