Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our sales team to understand our clients' needs and develop customized solutions to meet their specific requirements. You will play a key role in driving sales by providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the sales team to identify and understand clients' business needs and objectives

- Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals, RFPs, and other sales materials

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our solutions

- Participate in client meetings and discussions to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction

- Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements and enhancements

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or solution architect role

- Strong understanding of payments solutions or blockchain technologies

- Experience in creating technical proposals, RFPs, and sales materials

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proven track record of successfully driving sales and meeting targets

- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
