Quant / RAD Developer

In this role, you will work closely with the trading analyst team, focusing on building research tools, automating workflows, and developing data-driven applications to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust analytical tools and internal applications for the trading analyst team.

• Automate data workflows, research pipelines, and reporting processes.

• Design, test, and deploy Python-based tools to support market data analysis

  and trade performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with quants, analysts, and developers to integrate data sources and improve internal systems.
• Work within a fast-paced environment supporting production systems and research tools.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python (experience with Pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries).

• Experience with data visualization, automation, or research tool development.

• Solid understanding of Linux, Git, and modern software engineering practices.

• Familiarity with market data, order books, or trading systems preferred.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with C++ or Java.

• Background in finance, quantitative research, or data engineering.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, or other cloud-based systems.
