Promotion Manager

Job Highlights:

You will be responsible for formulating and implementing holistic marketing and promotion programs for MegaBox, the flagship shopping mall in Kowloon Bay, to achieve desirable brand building, positioning strategies and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Team Head in planning and implementing mall marketing and promotion strategies.
• Support seasonal campaigns, events, tourist promotions and other promotional activities to drive foot traffic and tenants' sales.
• Assist in planning and implementing CRM programs, including member acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media and online promotions.
• Work with tenants on joint promotions and sales-driven marketing activities.
• Support mall branding and communication initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, tenants, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, sales results, and market trends, and suggest improvements.
• Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and budget tracking.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in related disciplines, preferably in Marketing or Communications
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in shopping mall promotions
• Experience in PR and event agencies, as well as tourist promotion, is an advantage
• Good business network and strong partnership management skills
• Creative, with a strong sense of market trends and a sales-driven mindset
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Able to perform duties during weekend promotion events as required
• Good team player
