Training Assistant

Qualifications Requirement: Diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirement: 1 Year

Computer Application: Skilled

Language Proficiency: Cantonese / Fluent　English / General　Mandarin / General 　

- Assist in preparing training materials and presentations
- Maintain accurate training records, reports, and databases
- Coordinate training class logistics, including venue set-up and equipment
- Support production of training videos and digital learning content
- Provide administrative support to the Training Team and handle ad-hoc tasks

- Diploma or above
- 1-2 years solid experience in training field, preferably in Retail industry
- Detail-minded, organized, and able to multi-task under deadlines
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team spirit
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with video-making tools
- Strong digital know-how and willingness to learn new technologies
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
