Main Responsibilities

- Assist in daily administrative tasks including meeting scheduling, document filing, office supplies procurement, etc.
- Responsible for organizing, translating and inputting technical documents
- Coordinate communication within the department and cross-departmentally
- Maintain various data reports and conduct regular analysis
- Assist in project documentation preparation and progress tracking
- Handle financial matters such as budget reimbursement
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding procedures and personnel information maintenance
- Complete other administrative support tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Administration or Computer Science
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with IT software, hardware and service etc. will be advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, sound analytical thinking and good team player.
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English, Strong bilingual writing skills with report drafting capability.
