Shift Manager are responsible for the operation and the operational effectiveness of their Shack including but not limited to following:-

1. Leads the team to achieve team standards of quality, cleanliness, hospitality and overall shift excellence.

2. Builds and maintains a culture that embraces the SHACK PACT and motivates all levels of employees to achieve championship performance.

3. Actively provides employees with plans for growth and directs the training systems designed to develop future leaders.

4. Trains, coaches and guides team members and trainers during the shift - ensuring that all communication, and procedural tools are being used and followed.

5. Manages and cultivates relationships with the team, the guests, the community and vendors in a continual effort to espouse the 5 Tenets of Enlightened Hospitality.
