Job Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced statistical and analytical assessments to generate insights that support decision‑making on game mix optimization, pricing strategies, and player engagement initiatives across Table games and Slots
- Review and evaluate deployed gaming strategies, translating performance insights into practical recommendations that drive gaming optimization and sustainable profitability
- Design dashboards and reports that transform raw data into clear, compelling stories for stakeholders
- Collaborate across departments to deliver timely analytics and work with internal and external resources on project basis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Gaming, Finance, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline
- Prefer relevant experience in business and data analytics, gaming or hospitality
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, SQL, Python, R, SAS, VBA
