Property Officer (Residential)

Requirements

• Degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience in property management; OR
• Higher Diploma with a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal skill with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in various software applications, such as word processing and Microsoft Office
• Experience in managing high-end residential buildings is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration and supervision of cleaning, security, landscaping and concierge service contractors and frontline property management staff for residential properties managed by the Corporation
• Co-ordinate with the technical team to provide quality maintenance services
• Handle enquiries and complaints by residents or owners
• Organise community activities, attend the Owners' Committee meetings and other events during non-office hours to build and maintain positive relationship with owners
