Security Supervisor / Assistant Security Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist superiors in handling and monitoring the daily operations of the Security and Safety Department, and execute duties assigned by Department Heads
- Arrange and handle roster matters
- Prepare and submit reports to Department Heads, handle shift matters, and manage and monitor the CCTV system
- Handle complaints and emergencies
- Execute Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management and crisis handling
- Provide first aid services
- Write accident reports and accident investigation reports
- Participate in intra-departmental and cross-departmental meetings
- Assist in providing internal training for the department
- Responsible for on-site management of programmed activities
- Supervise the daily work and safety matters of outsourced contractors

Requirements
- Must hold a valid Security Personnel License and Basic Security Training Certificate (QASRS Certificate)
- Secondary 5 or above
- 3 or more years of experience as a Security Supervisor/Officer
- Able to listen to and speak Cantonese and Mandarin, understand basic English and possess good writing skills, able to write Chinese and English records and incident reports
- Familiar with computer operations, such as Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and Chinese word processing
- Must obtain a First Aider Certificate and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Certificate after joining
- Must wear a uniform and work on a shift basis
- 12-hour shift work
