Quality Assurance Officer

Department: Ground Operations

Responsibilities

• Maintain records, correspondence, and official documents pertaining to the Ground Operations department

• Categorize, organize, store, retrieve, and archive departmental records and documents

• Verify the completeness and accuracy of forms, correspondence, and documents

• Perform printing, scanning, archiving, and organization of digital copies of documents

• Support administrative tasks in the department

• Organize meeting notes and minutes for the department and respective section heads

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and company requirements to maintain the safety and security of operations

• Provide clerical support for the daily operations of the department

• Act as the document and record controller within the department

• Ensure that all inspections and audits are properly performed according to the planned and approved schedule to maintain close monitoring of operations conducted by outsourced service providers

• Apply sufficient monitoring and management of staff training validity to ensure that all staff are competent to perform necessary operations in accordance with regulatory and company requirements

Requirements

• 2 years of working experience in the aviation industry

• HKCEE / DSE or equivalent qualification

• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua

• Knowledge of Word and Excel

• Able to work independently
