Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Participating in due diligence exercises, including reviewing materials and documents written in Chinese.
• Assisting with the preparation and reviewing of disclosure documents and other legal documents.
• Conducting legal and commercial research on an ad hoc basis.
• Providing general transaction support and administrative assistance to fee earners as required.
