Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in system or helpdesk support

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines

  • Familiar with PC, Microsoft Windows, O365, Mobile Device and other desktop applications

  • Experience in managing public cloud environments (eg. AWS, Azure) is a plus

  • Certification Holders of CCNA, MCSE or AWS is a plus

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-motivated with good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Able to non-office hour support when necessary

    The role

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide end user support for computer hardware, software, and network issues

  • Diagnose and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, MacBooks, and associated peripherals

  • Assist users with Microsoft Office 365 applications and other productivity tools

  • Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and perform regular audits

  • Track hardware and software licenses, ensuring compliance with company policies

  • Manage and configure Windows Group Policies (GPOs), Active Directory (AD), and related infrastructure domains

  • Support LAN/WAN connectivity and troubleshoot network-related issues

  • Oversee daily operations of the office server room, ensuring proper environmental conditions and security compliance

  • Liaise with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support of IT hardware and software
