- Preparing, cooking and presenting Food according to the given instructions and established standards - Maintains High standards of Food hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all kitchen area - ensure work place safety practice is adhered to, especially when operating kitchen equipment

Education: - Middle school graduated - Culinary certificate is an added advantage Experience: - 1 year at a 4-star hotel or reputable restaurant Others: - Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin, both written and spoken - English is an added advantage - Team player
