The role

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to support the Project Manager in ensuring the smooth execution of E&M building project. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing engineering activities, coordinating site operations, and managing MVAC/ELV/BMS-related works.
Responsibilities:
  • Review material and equipment submissions, as well as shop drawings, to ensure compliance with project specifications;
  • Supervise and manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure efficient execution of project activities;
  • Oversee MVAC control, ELV, and BMS coordination, including design review and system handover;
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to facilitate smooth and efficient project operations.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline;
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in MVAC, ELV, and BMS coordination, design, and handover, preferably with main contractors or E&M contractors;
  • Strong planning, organizational, and presentation skills;
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for the position of Project Engineer.
