The role
What you'll do
- Support training logistics and administration to facilitate training & retail operations
- Manage stock levels of training materials and operational grooming materials
- Maintain inventory of in-house training facilities and equipment
- Maintain updated curriculum database, training materials, schedules and records; generate reports for training analysis
Qualification
- Degree holder or above in related disciplines
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Passion for Fragrances, Cosmetics and for the Hermès Universe
- Proficiency in data analysis, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and relevant software tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to work full time on a 6 to 9 month intern contract
