Marketing Executive

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, market research, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in market research, data analysis, or statistical modelling is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, task-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and proactively identify and resolve problems.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is a must.
• Willingness to travel is required.

Responsibilities:

• Support formulation of the Group's corporate and business strategies. Assist in annual business planning and long-term strategic planning exercises.
• Conduct research on industry developments, market dynamics, competitor activities, and to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends. Translate complex information into clear, insightful and practical proposals that support the company's strategic objectives.
• Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing internal marketing policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Support research and analysis related to pricing strategy, and assist in preparing pricing recommendations.
• Assist in the preparation of medium- and long-term strategic plans by providing market insights, campaign data, and analytical support.
• Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, industry exhibitions, brand promotion campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
• Build stakeholder engagement and secure organisational buy-in for key initiatives through effective communication, influence and collaboration.
• Perform any other duties and ad hoc assignments as reasonably assigned by the Company.
