Supervisor/Assistant Manager, Corporate Safety (M&E and Cabin)

Responsibilities

• Receive, import, and manage the processing of all safety reports into the AQD database concerning Maintenance & Engineering ( M&E), and Cabin events.
• Review safety reports related to (M&E) & Cabin for risk classification, and assign Assessments in the AQD safety database, and review the risk assessment conducted by each department.
• Liaise with Engineering, Maintenance, and SDD for follow-up investigations, actions taken, and mitigation of all related safety reports.
• Manage AQD database for data extraction, trend analysis and safety performance indicator (SPI) monitoring.
• Prepare the meeting agenda and minutes and act as secretary to the Engineering, Maintenance and Cabin Crew Safety Action Group meetings
• Prepare presentation material, safety statistics and SPI's for management review and SRB.
• Prepare HK CAD MOR review meeting minutes and agendas and liaise with HK CAD for MOR meeting arrangements and submit MOR's to HK CAD when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in aircraft engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience of aircraft engineering
• Formal training in Aviation Safety/QA Auditing/SMS is essential
• Extensive knowledge and experience in aviation safety databases is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
