What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in building services, and facilities management
Strong technical knowledge of large-scale of HVAC systems, BMS, and electrical distribution systems
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

Registered Electrical Worker Grade A / B is a strong plus
Experience in museums, art galleries, data centers or other critical environments with strict climate-control requirement is highly preferred

Languages

Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese

What you'll do

Assist in overseeing the operation, maintenance, and performing optimization of HVAC and BMS across the client-site
Support the Engineering Manager in managing a team of technicians and contractors to ensure compliance with safety, sustainability and operational standards
Monitor and analyze BMS data to identify energy inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC equipment, chillers, AHU and associate systems
Support incident response and emergency protocols for HVAC / BMS failures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless facility operations
Prepare reports on system performance, energy consumption and maintenance activities
