System Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage AI-enabled workspaces to design, develop, test, and debug software applications and systems
• Develop and maintain workflow automation solutions using tools such as n8n, Copilot Studio, and other relevant platforms
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to resolve system and application issues
• Provide support for UAT activities and production deployments
• Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and propose technical solutions to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• At least 1 year of relevant development experience is preferred
• Hands-on experience with Java, C#, and JavaScript
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases; experience with vector databases is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently
• Experience in prompt engineering and local LLM setup is an advantage
