Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities
• Conduct financial analysis and review pricing strategies for business projects and services
• Oversee and validate key financial calculations, such as commissions and incentives, and prepare related performance reports
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with relevant accounting standards
• Act as a finance business partner, communicating effectively with other departments on system and process-related matters
• Support the preparation of the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Develop regular financial reports and analysis to support strategic business planning and decision-making
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting with professional accounting qualifications (ACCA/HKICPA)
• Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
• High proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
