Senior Customer Accounts Officer

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines

• At least 2 years' solid experience in Account receivable management functions

• Proficiency of MS Office applications

• Customer-oriented with good communication and telephone skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua preferred

The Job

• Handle project receivables through demand letters, telephone calls, and/or on-site visits.

• Negotiate with customers on the settlement arrangement, such as payment by instalments, handle account with previous unsettled balance, project management and so on

• Process and compile billing data for internal departments and Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

• Initiate legal actions against Long outstanding accounts

• Perform routine accounting functions, such as data entry, invoice & Delivery note checking

• Handle customers' enquiries and complaints regarding the Project receivable actions taken

• Update the bank and cheque received journal

• Handle other ad hoc assignments
