Engineer I (Transmission)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for planning, installation, operation and maintenance of TV transmitters, microwave equipment at hill-top site, associated monitoring and control equipment
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

- Higher Diploma or above in Electrical/Electronic/Communication discipline
- Experience on RF transmission equipment in terms of operation & maintenance
- Knowledge of Microwave / Digital TV transmission is preferred
- Knowledge in computer programming and new broadcast technologies would be a definite advantage
- Holder of Hong Kong Driving License class 1 & 2 is an advantage
- Fluent in Cantonese and good in written and spoken English would be a merit
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work under pressure
- Shift duty and outdoor work at hill-top sites are required
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as senior positions
