Senior Officer, Retail Experience

Support the development and enhancement of new digital initiatives, including user acceptance testing (UAT), system implementation via coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Monitor CRM and related systems and work with IT Department and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution, system updates and maintain stable operations

Support the execution of member engagement activities and collaborations with tenants

Handle tenant on-boarding, training and providing support in any enquiries related to system access, account maintenance and reimbursement

Maintain and enhance the CRM dashboard and conduct regular data analysis and prepare reports

Degree holder in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing or related disciplines

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, with experience in CRM management and tenant liaison is preferred

Proven track record in delivery CRM initiatives, system or promotion related campaigns

Knowledge of CRM systems and dashboards

Strong project management and problem-solving skills

Proactive, attention to details, independent and agile to meet ever-changing marketing needs

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
