Senior Vice President, Marketing

• At least 15 years of relevant marketing experience, including substantial leadership experience gained from shopping malls, mixed-use developments, retail destinations, hospitality, tourism, consumer or lifestyle-related sectors.

• A proven track record in developing marketing strategies and leading large-scale campaigns, partnerships, customer engagement initiatives and marketing teams.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business objectives and customer insights into impactful marketing outcomes.

• Expertise in branding, customer engagement, CRM, digital marketing and data-driven decision-making.

• Outstanding leadership, stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building capabilities.

• A creative, customer-centric and results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive both strategic and operational excellence.

• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Retail Management, Hospitality, Tourism or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.

• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage.

We are seeking an accomplished marketing leader to join our senior leadership team and drive the next phase of growth for this iconic project.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Senior Vice President, Marketing will lead the overall marketing strategy, building a compelling destination brand, generating sustainable customer traffic and engagement, and enhancing long-term commercial performance.

• Define and drive the overall marketing vision, brand positioning and strategic direction.

• Drive destination popularity, footfall, customer loyalty and brand value growth, ensuring marketing strategies translate into increased visitation, market relevance and sustainable commercial success.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies encompassing branding, advertising, CRM, loyalty programmes, digital marketing, promotions, events and partnerships.

• Lead large-scale destination marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence, customer appeal and competitive positioning.

• Harness customer insights, market intelligence and data analytics to inform business decisions and optimise marketing performance.

• Champion excellent customer experiences across physical and digital touchpoints in collaboration with leasing, operations, property management and customer service teams.

• Build strategic partnerships with tenants, brands, tourism organisations, media, payment platforms and other key stakeholders.

• Oversee marketing budgets, agency management, procurement governance and return-on-investment evaluation.

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing marketing team while fostering innovation, collaboration and execution excellence.

• Safeguard and enhance brand reputation through effective public relations, stakeholder engagement and issue management.
